Georgia Bulldogs will storm the field on September 3rd wearing NIKE’s latest evolution of their Pro Combat series uniform. The Intentional Facemask will complete their uniform by bringing the Bulldogs’ colors onto the face mask.
Edmond, Oklahoma August 20, 2011 – The ever evolving look of the football uniform takes a giant leap forward as the Georgia Bulldogs step out on the field to face off against the Boise State Broncos on Sept 3rd. The most remarkable revolution to the look will be the face mask.

Intentional Facemask is an Oklahoma born company started by three guys who, like most men in the state, love football. Their company specializes in customizing the football face mask, allowing it to transcend the basic function of protection and become part of the uniform. Barry Wade, president of a healthcare company, Eric Soukup, an accountant, and Dr. Mike Sebourn, a local dentist joined together to bring Barry’s dream to life; enhancing the look of the football uniform in an innovative way by letting the team’s colors and logos flow onto the only unclaimed territory of the athlete’s gear, the face mask.
“It’s all about the look,” says Barry, who is excited that NIKE has caught his vision and helped to bring it to the field. “I remember as a boy drawing up changes to my high school’s football uniform and having my coach implement those changes. I’m so excited to have my ideas work their way onto the big stage.”
Intentional Facemask is working at having their customizable designs available online for high school and pee wee teams to capture the look their athletes deserve. Keep a watch for it at www.IntentionalFacemask.com.
